pork chop huh

I saw the Martha @ NTV 7 today and Martha is preparing pork chop with a invited celebrity.

I never eat before the pork chop, i like to try it! I wonder where got sell Pork Chop in Kelantan... hmm...

Kelantan Chinese also eat pork, also got bak tiam... so people out there don't misunderstand that Kelantan people cannot eat pork... ( many ppl said kelantan ppl dont sell pork ) wrong lah


























My favourite pork chop recipe(i search on the net):

Grilled Brown Sugar Pork Chops
INGREDIENTS

* 1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
* 1/2 cup apple juice
* 4 tablespoons vegetable oil
* 1 tablespoon soy sauce
* 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
* salt and pepper to taste
* 2 teaspoons cornstarch
* 1/2 cup water
* 6 boneless pork chops

DIRECTIONS

1. Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat.
2. In a small saucepan, combine brown sugar, apple juice, oil, soy sauce, ginger, salt , and pepper. Bring to boil. Combine water and cornstarch in small bowl, and whisk into brown sugar mixture. Stir until thick.
3. Brush grate lightly with oil before placing pork chops on the grill. Cook over hot coals for 10 to 12 minutes, turning once. Brush with sauce just before removing chops from grill. Serve with remaining sauce.

The preparation and cook time just take 40 minutes(estimated)

The meat serve with vegetables, looks more greener and healthier. Everyone wants a healthy body right? But green vegetables sometimes bring harm too, especially those at supermarkets, the vegetables looks even green, and nice, not even one hole i can observe. My advise: don't buy this. For me, i prefer vegetables that got holes and looks more *normal*.
